SaveVideo is provided strictly as a technical tool for personal, lawful media archiving and format conversion. You agree to download only content that:

• You own or created yourself;
• You have explicit written authorization or licensing from the copyright holder to save;
• Is published under a Creative Commons or permissive open-license allowing archival; or
• Falls under recognized statutory fair use or legal archival exceptions in your jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use SaveVideo to:

• Attempt to circumvent Digital Rights Management (DRM), encryption, or technological protection measures;
• Access or scrape private accounts, paywalls, or subscription-restricted media;
• Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, automated bot inquiries, or queue-flooding requests;
• Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SaveVideo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not host, store, or index copyrighted video files on our systems. You assume full legal responsibility for your use of the files you download.

5. Open Source Attribution

SaveVideo is inspired by the open-source CLI project Yoinks by Pablo Stanley, released under the MIT License. SaveVideo is an independent web application and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Meta, X, TikTok, or other media hosts.
