1. Respect for Intellectual Property

SaveVideo respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, filmmakers, artists, and rights holders. We operate strictly as a conduit tool that allows users to process publicly available media formats using open-source utilities.

SaveVideo does not host, broadcast, index, or maintain a library of video or audio files. All media files are generated ephemerally upon user request and deleted within 10 minutes.

2. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright directives, we promptly review and process valid notifications of claimed copyright infringement.

3. Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe content processed via our tool violates your rights, please provide our designated agent with a formal written notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Specific identification of the URL or material to be blocked or restricted;
• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Contact details including your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Domain Blocking / Blacklisting

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we can implement server-side domain-level or pattern-level blocking within our security firewall to prevent our tool from accessing the specified content.
